At the moment we are finishing our first appartment Loft Lafage in the old barn. It is a 95 m2 holiday house for 5 people with air conditioning. Available in the Summer of 2024.
It is divided over 2 levels and sleeps max 5 guests. In the accommodation we create a cosy living, a fully equiped kitchen and a separate toilet in the hall downstairs. The beautiful cast iron staircase will take you to the mezzanine with 2 bedrooms and a stunning view over the fields. In the master bedroom we will provide a double box-spring bed and wardrobe closet. The childrens bedroom will have cosy sleeping spaces for 3 kids. The bathroom has a spacious shower area, toilet and washbasin. WiFi available.
Guests of the Loft Lafage can enjoy the swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) where children love to play on the shallow plateau. The pool area is completely fenced for safety reasons. The cosy lounge area is the ideal spot to read a book or enjoy the sunset.
The large playground for the children has a trampoline, “pirateship” swings and slides, soccer goals and a ping-pong table. There is a pond with loads of beautiful carp for fishing. Your dog is also very welcome.

” Yuri and Marcella create these beautiful appartments in the old barn. We were inspired by the well designed spaces which are modern and will provide much comfort. While staying in the Pigeon Tower we enjoyed the local restaurants, our mini-trip to Bordeaux and the wine tasting tour in Bergerac. The cycling tours through the french country side were heavy, but definitively worth it! Who knows… next time we might stay in one of the new barn apartments!”

The price of the Loft Lafage is per week. Including reservation fees, bed linen, towels and service costs (gas, water and electricity). Final cleaning costs are € 100 and tourist tax is € 1,05 per adult per night, to be payed locally. Baby beds and high chairs are available (no extra charge). We charge € 50 extra for your dog. The maximum occupancy of the Loft Lafage is 5 guests. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays. A copy of our terms and conditions is available on request.
